We are now working with Amorim Cork on cork recycling! We are an official drop-off site for you to bring in any and all corks for recycling. We will get them to Amorim to be made into cork flooring

Our winery is powered by solar energy, our waste water is recycled and the grape stems are used to prevent erosion in the vineyard.

Owl boxes have been strategically placed in our vineyards to promote nesting, which results in sustainable, natural rodent control.

Bring in a reusable 6 bottle wine bag to tote your new bottles home in and we'll give you $1 off your purchase. Don't have a reuseable tote for wine? No problem, they're for sale in our tasting room. If you're a club member the 6 bottle totes is free with your next shipment.

Did you know that the average ingredient in our foods has traveled 1,500 miles? The concept of the 100 mile diet is that you eat ingredients produced with in 100 miles of your location. So how lucky are we to live in Apple Hill where small family farms abound and local produce is better tasting, better for the enviroment and better for your health! So join us, Josh Hyde and several local growers for a 25 mile dinner as we celebrate the bounty that surround us. You can purchase tickets in our on-line store or by calling 530-644-5948. All profits from this dinner will go to the Richard Quarry Memorial Fund on honor of our dear friend Rick Quarry who passed away this past August. This dinner was something he was very excited about.
