QUINTET BLENDING
Saturday, January 28 (11am & 3pm classes) & Sunday, January 29 (11am class)

Do you ever wonder what goes into the perfect bottle of wine? How much thought the winemaker puts into blending the perfect components? If so, then this is the event for you. Be a true winemaker for a day with Paul Bush, owner and winemaker, and be taught how to blend your own Quintet. Taste older Quintet vintages and learn as Paul explains how he makes this five Bordeaux blend. Then it is your turn as you taste and blend the five Quintet components from the 2015 harvest. The class fee is $25 per person plus tax and if you want to take your bottle of Quintet home, you can purchase it for $32 plus tax. Reservations are required. Get your tickets early as this event has limited seating and always sells out.

CLUB RELEASE PARTY

PORTOPIA
Saturday, February 25 (12 pm, 1:30 pm and 3 pm)

Do you love Port? Collect Port? Or just want to learn about our New-World Port? Portopia is an educational event that is the pinnacle of Port Month. At this walk-around event experience culinary creations made or paired with our Port. Learn that Port is not just a dessert wine and that it can be enjoyed at all times of the meal. Taste library selections dating back to 2000, the 2016 futures from the barrel, and Paul’s ever popular Tawny Port program. The 2015 New-World Port futures will be ready for pick-up at this event. Reservations are required and each of the three sessions has a limited number of tickets available. $25 per person plus tax and $15 per person plus tax for 2015 Port future purchasers.

LOST AND FOUND EVENT
Sunday, March 19 10am sharp

Every year we complete our year-end inventory, and we uncover pesky little leftover cases of wine. They might be an older vintage that we are no longer selling, have crooked labels or a scuffed foil. The wine tastes great, but we need to clean up the cellar and that is where you come in. We are inviting you to this fast paced event where up to a 100 cases can sell out in less than 30 minutes. This is the event where we put out the wines on $5, $10 and $15 tables and each customer can purchase 3 bottles per vintage, per varietal. We will have coffee for those people lining up early as fans know it's a great chance to stock up your cellar with amazing wines.
